Senator Cowdery requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 272(FIN) be taken up. The bill was before the

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                      
272(FIN) "An Act relating to certain monetary advances in which the

until a later date; and providing for an effective date" pass the                                   
Senate?"
